50 crunches and a 60 sec plank every morning and night.

30 Day Shred as directed.

An extra 15-20 minutes of cardio along with the 30 Day Shred. Since I will be toning a lot, I want to balance out my cardio and toning.

POP Pilates Total Body Sculpt Workout 5 days a week. It focuses on my abs, arms, legs, thighs and butt.

I will do a different workout targeting one part of my body everyday for 4 days a week. For example:
